OS IMPACTOS DA COVID-19 NA ESCOLHA DE CARREIRA: UMA ANÁLISE INTERNACIONAL DOS RESULTADOS E POSSÍVEIS POLÍTICAS PARA O SUCESSO PROFISSIONAL NO MUNDO PÓS-PANDÊMICO

Os estudantes em processo de escolha profissional enfrentam desafios significativos, especialmente em sua saúde mental, com pensamentos negativos em relação ao desempenho em testes e pressão de familiares e amigos, afetando seu desempenho nos estudos. O objetivo é contribuir para o desenvolvimento de políticas que possam apoiar indivíduos na adaptação às mudanças trazidas pela pandemia e promover o bem-estar e o sucesso profissional em um mundo pós-pandêmico. Para entender melhor esses desafios, o estudo utilizará uma metodologia comparativa, analisando como as mudanças socioeconômicas e culturais afetaram a escolha de carreira em diferentes países, incluindo Brasil, Kosovo, China, Romênia, Suíça, Inglaterra e Alemanha. Os resultados encontrados também podem ser utilizados para desenvolver programas de prevenção ou intervenção em saúde mental, com o objetivo de facilitar a tomada de decisão de carreira entre os jovens em diferentes países.
